Cancellation & Pause Requests
All cancellation or pause requests must be submitted through the Contact Now page on our website.
Notice Period
Requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the upcoming billing date.
Refund Eligibility
We are not responsible for refunds if the request is made after the notice period.
No refunds will be provided for any requests submitted after the billing date.
